– Next, in paragraph form, explain where you are now. How do you feel about that? If you were to stay like this, how will you think? How will it affect the people around you and your relationships if you remain like this? What is it holding you back from? If In 5, 10 years you are still stuck in the same place, the same thoughts, the same setbacks, how will you feel? What is it stopping you from doing?
-Now, write the next bit as if you’re there, at the end of 2019 and you have smashed what you set out to do at the beginning. e.g. I am doing… I feel…
Where do you see your self in 1 year’s time? What have you achieved? What new relationships have you formed? Where have you been? What new skills do you have? How do you feel? Where are your confidence levels? How do you think about yourself? Do you feel fulfilled? What can you do now, that you couldn’t before? How much further could you go? Are you proud?
BRIDGE THE GAP.
What do you need to do to be well on your way to making it the best year of your life? Write 3 actions you are committing to take TODAY to help you bridge the gap! Make a Phone Call? Send an email? Have a conversation you’ve been avoiding for a while? Ask for some help? Only you know what you really need to do to reach your goals.
Once you have completed the task above, I recommend sharing it with at least two people. The universe has a funny way of making s**t happen when you put things out into the world.
