What this will do is strengthen your core, which is important for EVERYONE. Gym goers, office workers, mums ETC…
If you have a gym do it at the end of your workout, if you’re at home, maybe add it to the end of a 20-minute walk.
A1- 3-second hollow body holds x5
A2- spider men x10
A3- lifting legs over an object ( no idea of the proper name)x10
A4- walkouts with hand release x5
A6- mountain climbersx20
A7- around the world plank 30 seconds each position.
