I avoid doing cardio on machines like cross trainers and treadmills at all costs, it’s SO boring and rarely very effective!
I find it waaaay better getting your heart rate up by moving your body in different ways and getting the blood flowing through different muscles.💪🏻
30 seconds on 30 seconds off x4 rounds:
– Alternating Lunges
– Burpee into a tuck jump
– Press Ups
– High Knees
– Mountain Climbers
