A1- Burpee into renegade row x5
A2- Lunge with bicep curl x10 each leg
B1-Arnold press x10-12
B2- Glute bridge with a pulse at the top x15
C1- Tricep extension x10
C2- Deficit press ups (4 seconds down) with hand release x5
C3- Plank Shoulder taps x20
